Who carries out the EmploymentMAX Entitlement Checks?

EmploymentMAX Entitlement Checks are provided by our team of expert advisors.

What are the key steps to an EmploymentMAX Entitlement Check?

EmploymentMAX Entitlement Checks have four steps;

Step 1: Income and circumstances assessment – to help people understand any current benefits and tax credits in payment, their current income level, expected or actual earnings from employment and any key benefit and tax credit entitlement indicators

Step 2: Better-off-in-work calculation - to help people establish the correct benefit and tax credit entitlement whilst working or trying work out, including benefits that may stop as a result of working, benefits that may continue and new benefits and tax credits that may become available

Step 3: Support analysis: to help people identify other requirements needed to make work a sustainable option, for example training & skills, jobseeking skills, improving health or business advice

Step 4: On-going contact and case follow up – we support people through the whole process, until they are in sustainable employment
