If you allow IncomeMAX to provide an entitlement check through its IncomeMAX service you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All IncomeMAX calculations and check results are only estimates and are for guidance purposes only. The information provided should not be used as a definite indication of your entitlement to benefits or tax credits. Actual confirmation of entitlement must be obtained from the relevant Government agencies i.e. Department for Work and Pensions, Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs and your Local Authority.
The entitlement check provided by IncomeMAX is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. IncomeMAX recommend and advise you to seek further advice on your benefit entitlement once you receive the results of your benefit and entitlement check. You can find your local legal advice service provider by searching the ‘find a legal advisor’ page on www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk (England & Wales) or contact Citizens Advice in your local area. You can find details of your local Citizens Advice service by visiting www.citizensadvice.org.uk (England, Wales & Northern Ireland) or www.cas.org.uk (Scotland)
IncomeMAX entitlement check results can indicate that you may be able to claim extra benefits, but they can also indicate that the current benefit entitlement is correct, or, in rare circumstances, that your benefits are being overpaid. IncomeMAX accept no responsibility whatsoever for any errors that lead to underpayments or overpayments of benefits.
Any change in your circumstances may lead to your benefit entitlement changing. If your circumstances change you should contact the relevant Government agencies i.e. Department for Work and Pensions, Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs or your Local Authority to re-establish benefit entitlement.
The IncomeMAX service may refer and signpost you to alternative third party sources of help and support for help with claiming benefits or for other income related issues you may have. IncomeMAX accept no responsibility for the quality of help or support provided by third party sources of help and support.
Without limiting the foregoing, IncomeMAX shall not be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of this agreement, irrespective of whether you have been advised of the possibility of any such loss or damage. Each party hereby waives any claims that these exclusions deprive such party of an adequate remedy.
