How is IncomeMax funded?

IncomeMax is a community interest company and is funded through our partnerships. Partners fund the service based on the size of the projects and the number of clients they would like to help.

How big does a partnership have to be?

We work with a range of partners who vary in size and offering. For some of our partners we provide advice to thousands of customers per year, for others this can be around 100. We are very flexible and able to adapt to how your organisation works.

What partnership opportunities are there?

IncomeMax have both telephony and digital partnership opportunities available. We would be more than happy to run through how these can provide value to your organisation. Please get in touch.

What do IncomeMax do for partners?

IncomeMax have a number of long standing partners, some that we have worked with for over 10 years. We have close relationships and share client outcomes and case studies demonstrating the major difference that we have been able to make. We have also helped our partners launch press releases, apply for awards and launch new products on the back of market needs and requirements. This has varied from water and smart meter roll out, digital content, training requirements to covid-19 responses.

How can I partner with IncomeMax?

I’ve been referred, when should I expect to hear from you?

In most cases we will be in touch with you in 3 business days (72 hours) of receiving the referral. If we don't manage to make contact, we will follow up 3 times with an email and text message if we have these details.

What does IncomeMax help with?

IncomeMax will go through all of your finances to see what you are currently in receipt of and what you may also be entitled to. Where there are additional benefits, grants or schemes we will let you know how to claim these. We know these forms can sometimes be complicated and difficult to complete and where this is the case, we can help in completing these.

How can I get help from IncomeMax?

As community interest company, we rely on funding from our partners to uncover new sources of income for people receiving less than they are entitled to. You need to be referred to IncomeMax by one of our partners to use the service. Our full list of partners is available in the tab below.

IncomeMax offer help and support to customers of our partners who are referred into our service. We offer help and advice via telephone and online to clients all over the UK, so it really doesn’t matter where you live.
